What We Collect

RemindersCall collects the following data solely to provide its core reminder functionality:

• Calendar event data — Event titles, start/end times, locations, and other event metadata from calendars you choose to sync.
• Device push token — A unique identifier assigned by Apple to deliver VoIP notifications to your specific device.

How We Use Your Data

Your calendar data is used exclusively to schedule reminder calls before your events. We:

• Store your calendar events on our server to determine when to send reminder calls
• Use your device push token to deliver the incoming call notification
• Generate a brief spoken reminder message using your event title

What We Don't Do

• We do not sell, share, or transfer your data to third parties
• We do not use your data for advertising or profiling
• We do not collect analytics or tracking data
• We do not access calendars you haven't explicitly selected

Data Storage & Security

Your calendar data is stored on our server with encryption in transit (HTTPS/TLS). Calendar events are retained only while they are upcoming; past events are automatically removed.

Third-Party Services

We use OpenAI's text-to-speech API to generate the spoken reminder message. Only the event title and timing information are sent to this service — no other personal data.

Your Rights

You can:

• Stop syncing at any time by disabling calendars in the app settings
• Delete all your data by uninstalling the app — your events will be removed from our server within 24 hours
• Request data deletion by contacting us at the email below
