1. Acceptance

By downloading and using RemindersCall, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the app.

2. Service Description

RemindersCall is a calendar reminder application that sends VoIP call notifications before your scheduled events. The service requires an active internet connection and relies on Apple's Push Notification service to deliver reminders.

3. Subscriptions & Purchases

RemindersCall offers an optional auto-renewable subscription ("Reminders Call Pro") at $1.99/month USD. Payment is charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase. The subscription automatically renews unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. You can manage or cancel your subscription in your device's Settings > Apple ID > Subscriptions.

All payments are processed by Apple. Refunds are handled through Apple's standard refund process.

4. Availability

While we strive for reliable service, we cannot guarantee 100% uptime. Reminder calls depend on server availability, internet connectivity, and Apple's push notification infrastructure. RemindersCall should not be relied upon as your sole reminder system for critical events.

5. Your Responsibilities

You are responsible for: maintaining an internet connection on your device, granting the necessary permissions (calendar access, notifications), and selecting which calendars to sync.

6. Intellectual Property

RemindersCall and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by the developer and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

7. Limitation of Liability

RemindersCall is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. We shall not be liable for any missed reminders, missed events, or any damages arising from the use or inability to use the service.

8. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the app after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
